Madalenas GTO

Madalenas Lisbon: A group of women activists who fight against gender inequalities and who believe in art as a way of transforming society. They use the theater of the oppressed to debate the oppression of which they are targeted and to find ways of eliminating inequalities, injustices and invisibilities in Portugal and in the World. This artistic experience and personal development was created in Brazil, there are currently several theater groups of the oppressed Madalenas, around the world.
