Intercultural Competence – The key competence in the 21st century?

The theses contained in this policy paper are that of two foundations the Bertelsmann Stiftung and the Fondazione Cariplo who working together with the US-based expert Dr. Darla Deardorff, present a definition of intercultural competence.
